Tonight's warm up:

400 meter run
20 Kettle bell squats
20 Lunges
15 sit ups
10 push ups

Work out:

400 meter run
20 Pull ups
10 Push ups (I really need to get better at these, 10 freaking kill me!!)
20 Barbell Thrusters
